With the average home being 39 years old, most need some fixing up. PCFS will provide financing for the borrowers who are interested in purchasing those properties, fixing them up, and reselling them. The properties must be non-owner occupied for us to provide financing. Our target market is mortgage loan officers, realtors who work with residential properties as well as work on projects themselves, commercial realtors, and general public. We will be lending in 40 states.

We love the designs that were created but need some help with making the files editable. We do not have a business card that is editable (cannot change names, cell phone number, etc.). You can only see the full letterhead in the preview but the full address does not show when printed; nor can we type a letter electronically. The logo's provided are not able to be sized either, not social media friendly. Can someone reach out to us to help us learn/navigate through this as we are getting our LLC set up? It is frustrating to have a great product we cannot use 100%. Thanks, we appreciate the assistance and look forward to hearing from you!

@keptgoing-we are trying to use the logo you created for us but need some help. We are not able to size any of the logo's you sent for our social media. We use the windows as our operating system, not apple products. Is there a way you can email me at [email protected] a version that we can size? We would great appreciate it! Thanks again!
