I want a few different designs to choose from. In the end I`m going to let my employees vote on the winner.

I want one logo, with our company name on the beam. Maybe a welder welding on the beam.

The second one I would like a crane flying the beams. Maybe three beams in total. Each beam spaced out and hanging underneath to other One word of our company name on each.

The third I will leave up to the designer creative imagination. 
I don't need three for everyone but would like each designer to pick one style so we have quite a few to narrow it down to.
