- We love the idea of an old fashioned quill. This represents gentleness of words, power of pen, relates to women 40plus. With a women exercising in a gentle stretch, incoporating the quill in some way, this would be our vision. Colours we love are gentle and soft...pink, orange, aqua, mauve, the softness of the lotus flower. When it is seen by all, it says "writing. movement" which is what we do. We facilitate writing with movement/exercise/breathing. also offering the feminity with style and colours. We are a gentle group, with its two key managers being Shez, a writer-tv-director, and Tanja, a physiotherapist/personal trainer. So a highly professional and skilled duo, utilising our joint wisdom to bring stability to women. We have a website that is being altered, but you can visit it on quillmoves.org The image of the black and white woman in the sunglasses also demonstrates who we are, as we both love fun.
