Design Overview: Create a modern luxury real estate logo with an icon with company title beneath in a minimalist font. Icon design should consider usage on web, social and digital media platforms as well as printed flyers, brochures, billboards, t-shirts, promotional items, etc. 

Icon Design (background to foreground): Create an abstract icon made of geometric lines and shapes (circle, 90 triangle, rectangle, pentagon). Starting with the background, I envision a circle encompassing a community. This community will have as the anchor an "M" made of two 90 degree triangles which will represent the "M" in "Martina". In the center of the "M", I see a small house shaped pentagon to the left of a tall rectangle commercial building with a medium size rectangle multiunit building to the right. Placed as an overlay between the house and commercial building, I envision a circle closer to the ground to represent foliage.

Logo inspiration: https://www.thebalancesmb.com -  I like the logo for the balance small business online publication. It's clean, minimalist and includes color into the geometric shapes.
