Preference leaning towards old school meeting new school. Perhaps stone-like block letters for O and N (like colosseums of old) to represent old school and a solid foundation, but W is made of 3 separate circuitry wires (in blue neon lights) or something techie to represent new innovation. 

Alternatively, all three letters of OWN can be in the stone block letters and have the blue circuitry line (or even with lightning effects) cut through the center of each letter (similar to the old WWF logo). 

A third alternative would be to use the globe since it is One Nation afterall.

Amazing design for the logo, not just limited to the project scope, but expanded on the brief and created something even better than expected.
