Dumbells, barbells or both please but not huge weights with bending bars. Well muscled, elegantly posed man and woman without overdeveloped massive bodybuilder types. Figures to aspire to. Then again I am open to something else without weights displayed that might work. Maybe the figures are posing after a set with the weights nearby?
