The most important aspect of this contest is the icon. 

****We are looking for a revised version of the “SPARK” design element we uploaded in our original mockup of the logo (SEE ATTACHED). Use this example of the logo we have sent as an example of a solid “almost.” WE like the shape but is too busy and jagged. Should be stylistically modified to reflect attributes of MindValley samples (also uploaded below).

Require something, simple and clean (unlike the SPARK design element we sent in the mock up logo, because it is too jagged or busy for our brand voice.) 
• The icon needs to be an original design
• The style must be unique enough to be distinct as a "brand" when the wordmark is absent (will most frequently use the icon without the text. Therefore, design something iconic. Design something distinct when stands alone. 
• The icon should include a "spark" design element as flat vector art, with as few points and lines as reasonably possible.  
• The icon may imply movement or have slightly more curves lines to visually flow a little more or feel approachable (see the other two uploaded examples from AHtv and MindValley, These guys nail it!)

****Mind Valley's icon and logo are strong examples of our implementation and the desired simplicity. (See attached.)****

•The icon should be able to be used with any color, and when a patterned overlay is creatively applied. (In other words, strong when stand alone when used in black, white or full color. Se Mind Valley as example.)

• Completed logo should be ready for immediate use as 
- transparent PNG (for web)
- and vector file (for screen printing on teeshirts).

Our color pallet is loosely:
- tangerine
- fuchsia/light playful purple
-desaturated, slightly pastel cool cobalt
- light black HEX 333333
- white


Winning this commission prospectively comes with additional work requests for further graphic needs. The SPARK is the umbrella entity.
