Please refer to the provided sketch. 

We want to keep it relatively similar to the rough sketch. We like where the works are for "behind the bar". "Soda Catering" could be smaller but still legible somewhere below the bar. Right now we are two guys, one is 5'7" and the other is 5'11", so we would prefer the two figures to be slightly offset to reflect height difference. Don't make them too different because the shorter one isn't a midget and the taller one isn't a giant. We want it to be more subtle than anything. 

We are not set on any specific font or text size. We are open to variations. 

The most important thing to remember is that we are professional caterers, We like the simplistic modern feel, we want to maintain a bartender-like atmosphere, and this logo will be embroidered on our aprons, on a sign in front of the bar, and on our invoices.
