I need to use the 4 panels in the attached jpeg to create a new logo with the tagline "Explore Hickman County". The two panels on the right side of the image appear to have some writing or image overlay that needs to be removed. The third panel from the left appears to have a "CO" overlay and there is some shading behind the family in the 4th panel that needs to be removed. It should be a solid blue behind the family.
