We are re-branding and have an open mind to the designs presented.

&amp;gt; The color palate is open to you - but please incorporate blue (closer to aqua or turquoise). 
&amp;gt; The logo could be all one color, two colors including aqua or turquoise, or multi-color; your choice. 
&amp;gt; Although we have the word 'hero' in our name, this does not mean we necessarily want a character and definitely want to avoid any sort of cartoon. 
&amp;gt; You may capitalize none, some, or all letters - your choice
&amp;gt; Lastly, it is up to you whether to include the word 'the'.
