I would like it to have two elements: the logo and the name of the business. The logo could incorporate the business initials ‘VM’ as well as the name. The v and m could be superimposed and differentiated by colour or shade but I am open to suggestions.

My business usually involves three or four people so a circle with three or four images/icons 'sitting' round a ‘table’ is a starting idea; I would like to show forward movement and not just things going round in circles. The point of the business is change and forward movement.

Mediation can feel like a venture, or risky journey, but I want to communicate that there is a safe pair of hands to help guide parties to resolution and that there is a brighter place to go.

I want a professional look, not holistic therapy rainbow stuff! It’s a legal service business but innovative and creative.

Colours need to be representative of the business, I have previously looked at teal and burgundy but I am open to suggestions.
