Bright, colorful, nice modern typography. Please try to incorporate type and graphic and not just throw graphic on top of or next to type. Logo should work together. NOT TOO FEMININE, as more and more men are in or entering the nursing field each year.  We also want to stay away from anything too juvenile, as this is recognition for professionals in healthcare.  Designs can incorporate healthcare/medical icons, but the stethoscope and/or caduceus SHOULD NOT BE used, but other types of icons can be used. PLEASE TRY NOT TO USE the old-fashioned Nurses Caps, they are feminine. PEASE SEE DESIGNS I HAVE UPLOADED to understand the style I like to see. THANK YOU
