This is a study group of neurologists and neurosurgeons from Latin America with special interest for Deep Brain Stimulation and Neuromodulation. We have decided to come together and create an interest group focusing on many aspects of DBS and neuromodulation including: 1. Collaborations in patient care. 2. Collaborations in research. 3. Potential future multicentric studies. 4. Establishment of potential practice parameters for DBS management across different places in Latin America based on local resources. 5. Tracking outcomes leading to publications through a database combining different centers. 6. Educational opportunities for neurologists and neurosurgeons, and other healthcare providers.
