Non childish/cartoon like as we work with persons of all ages and certainly do not want to continue the message that many see as people with disabilities being child like.  We also do not want the typically disabled graphics (wheelchairs/handicap sign etc.) as the value of the individual is so much more than their disability.  We have had some conversation around color &amp; thus far like grey with green or teal or even blue? - ideally only 2 colors and honestly the grey came up as it would be seen on both black and white backgrounds, but are open to other combinations.  Not a big fan of the wispy people like  figured with detached circle for head
