We publish work on risk analysis, epidemiology, modelling, surveillance, intelligence, prediction, policy, governance and law, ethics and first responder preparedness. Our editorial board reflects the cross-disciplinary submissions we seek, with editors from health, bioinformatics, law enforcement, defence, law, mathematical sciences and epidemiology.  The journal is open access, with no fees for readers or authors, reflecting our commitment to equity of access for authors and readers alike.
