Please don't use fire to illustrate ignite.  Maybe a spark or something else in the first i in Ignite.   PM Ignite is a service that helps to jump start a project and accelerate action.  It would be great if the logo could include the words "Accelerating Action and Change Adoption".  The colors should compliment our company's logo but not exactly.  There should be some contrast so its not confused with the logo.  I've attached a copy of the logo.

Narnia did a good job with the design but a bad job delivering the final logo package.  The initial logo design that was sent had far too much white space in the background so whenever I copied the logo in my header it would not fit.  When I tried to shrink the image, because of the background the logo continued too shrink to a size that was far too small.  It took three days to correct the issue.  The final logo image now appears as if there is not enough white space surrounding it.  I am tired of trying.
