The logo has to display Real Estate as this is my business. This logo will go on my apparel and marketing so when someone sees the logo, I want them to immediately think it has to do with Real Estate. 

I prefer to have a modern/minimalist logo that is clean. I have attached below what I kind of envision and created my logo to look like. I created the item attached so please feel free to take it to the next level if possible. 

Colors: I like greys, blues and blacks. 

I would also like to have a PNG format so I can use the logo without a background.
