Please refer to 2 logos starred on front page as preference to save time - but I am open to better suggestions with the importance of the aesthetics and ideally easily matching to website or document fonts that are commonplace.

Graphic icon part of logo - if could look part book / part roof form of house should be preferred. Ideally may be used as standalone logo and easily identifiable even with no text. One side of the 'dark' page might then be changeable with assorted graphics in the future though just a minor idea. This can also be sketchy or rigid depending on your the design. Winner if collaborates well may be assigned additional work to get variations of the main logo in future material.
