I like the color blue. prefer block lettering (perhaps all caps?) to give a professional look, not a fan of bubbly text. 

Please don't include and houses (pitched roofs) because we are going to focus on commercial buildings

Nothing too busy i would prefer very simple

It's a Sole Owner company so do not include any incorporation 

I attached a logo i made on MS paint, I really like it so maybe something similar or more professionally done?
