If possible it would be great if you could incorporate the symbol "Rx" for prescription into the logo using the letters in "Metrix". We don't want a red logo, or anything similar to red. Blue would work, or another calm, stable colour. We want to give the impression that we're an institution that will always be there, even though we're new. 

Try to limit the number of colours. We want it to be easy to put on business cards, tshirts, and we'll eventually need a derivative of the logo to be an app icon (don't design the icon today, just the actual logo... it's just something to keep in mind).
