This is a tshirt design for National Fire Prevention Week for Bloomington Fire Department in Minnesota. These are give aways to kids at a fire department open house. The design needs to include this year's theme - "Every second counts - Plan 2 ways out". It is also the 70th year of the Bloomington Fire department, so we would like to include that in the design.- $200
