I'm really looking for something that symbolizes integrity. But I don't know if it would look good as a logo. So if you want to incorporate some of these images feel free, if not that's ok.

Irvanbaskoro was one of the first to submit a design. He designed exactly what I was looking for instead of just throwing up a generic logo with my clinic name on it. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, essentially providing me with revisions while the contest was still open!  I highly recommend!
