I have a vision of a giant eye, not a real-looking one, but more like the attached images.  I like the idea of the eyeball guy with the hat, but with a less-real looking eyeball and no mouth.

The idea is to play off the word Spy (eye)

My colors are black and silver.  Conceptually, it should be fun, but not too cheesy.  I like Spy versus Spy and James Bond style. I realize they are dissimilar, but I have a broad range, so I am open.

This is my second design from PMG.  Amazing work!  Designs are always sleek and clever.  Highly recommend.
