Ok so this is my old logo but I want a better one

It will still need to have the picture of a samurai. So I'm wanting it in the same format as that picture. It MUST be similar or identical to the one in my original logo above.

The logo is going to be small its a forum logo so must be very clean and sharp. I on'y want the best on the best on this one and I think there are enough examples there to come up with some ideas.
As for color just go with white, red, orange for now and I might ask for the color to be changed later just depends on how it looks.
The winner will be the one who can give me there best work, I'm not looking for cheap quality logos here.
I'm looking for something simple but catchy
