the concept is the union of two families so the colors and symbols will be divided on the two sides of the coat of arms and the origins of the two families will be inside the shield split in 4. 
One side is the Female side, Brasilian 
The other side is Male, German-Italian 
So the Brasilian side should represent a virgin like female figure holding the shield, with elements and colors of the brazilian flag and a soccer ball at the tip of the shield 
The German/Italian side should represent a clawing eagle holding some pasta with Black Gold and red colors 
Inside the shield there should be on the female side reference to france (french lilies ) and to italy (tricolor) on the bottom side of the shield, while the top side of the shield represent a dog on one side and a cat on the other. 
The top side should represent the american eagle with stars and stripes. Please do a google search for coats of arms so you can better understand how they look like. Thanks!!

To maker it clear, a Coat of Arms represents the various origins and symbols of the families. So we have the Female side on the left the male on the right. 
A Female Figure, like the blindfolded Justice on the left holding the shield. 
On the right an Eagle clawing pasta holding the shield. 
Inside the shield not the flags, but the colors of the nations. 
French Lillies Top Left, Brasilian Colors and Stars on the Left bottom. 
German Black Gold red on the top Right and Italian colors n the bottom right. 
A Soccer ball in the middle of the shield or at his tip. 
 
The crown o f the Shield has to be representing the USA with an American Eagle and Stars and Stripes
