I own the dragon and want to keep that...should be fairly prominent. I also want to still show Bartlett, Tennessee and est. 2013. It just seems to be missing something..no longer liking the simple circle it has now and the boring font. 1st 2 examples I like the most (neat border examples)  Last example looks very clean but not sure if name and logo could work? LIke it a lot also just the same. I want it "sharp" and easy to read..no hard on the eyes fonts. Use to have a puff of "smoke" also from the nose of the dragon but last designer could not recreate it. Overall it just needs a little more flare.
