I am looking to create a secondary logo, something that looks good on shirt pockets, on the back of a t-shirt, hats and stickers.  I do not want motors or motorcycle parts involved in the logo.  The logo should have a transparent background.  I do like the look of vintage logos and design.  

We do have the "Absolutely Semi-True Stories" tag line and the est 2015 that I would like to stay but isn't necessary. 

In my current logo I have a textured approach and I would like to keep some type of texture, not necessarily what I currently have.   One of the things I don't like about my current logo is the splatter in open space.  I may be looking for a few variants of the final design,  One being with the URL ThrottledPodcast.com incorporated and one without....but that can be decided later.

Lastly if you chose to use a red in the design please use Alabama Crimson.
