1. This needs to be ultra simple.
2. Should work as an icon (does not need to be a square, but roughly fit into one) not looking for landscape
3. Should look good as single color (black) and also with color
4. A strong but gentle font is desired, the vibe is helpful and friendly but serious.  
5. Please avoid an icon over text, I would like the text to be part of the graphic

The idea is to make DIY and DIFM their own persona while still blending the two together. 

Idea A:
Consider a play on the "D" to be the mouth and add : and ; for eyes.

Idea B:
Consider for DIY &amp;lt;-- make this a learning hat or educational feeling. &amp;lt;&amp;lt;-- Learn &amp; Do yourself
Consider for DIFM &amp;lt;-- make this a wrench or a hand or an action of doing. &amp;lt;-- Contract it out
