I like warm greens and not too many colors.  Natural Pink, taupe, and especially GREENS would be the max. Stay away from blues, reds, greys...these can be unhappy or angry colors.
Include Birch tree theme - somehow but maybe on a green background so the white birch has some contrast.
Shooting rays of hope or flowers or bird or leaves in a ray of hope - something to capture the "Inspired by Hope" tagline.
Unfortunately a close colleague has a lovely tree logo -so I don't want to copy that tree too closely.
See attached logo of my friend's that should be AVOIDED.
