This is a 90-day online course that will help people transform their mental and physical health so that they can enjoy more happiness, confidence and fulfillment everyday. We will be covering topics ranging from nutrition, stress management, getting quality sleep, effective movement habits to increasing overall health &amp; happiness. 

The target market for this online course is about 60% female, 40% male so we will want this slightly on the feminine side. This will be a high end program.
