Open air indoor/outdoor patio bar and restaurant, focusing on quality ingredients, simple sandwich menu (well crafted burgers), and craft beer. Interior of restaurant will be modern industrial (grays, metals, concrete floors) with garage doors/sliders opening to the oversized patio. Tables will be traditional biergarten picnic style and the service model will be pay as you go/fast casual.
