The New Braunfels Chamber along with their business-education partnership and the local school districts and technical college have created a workforce initiative to engage students/teachers and connecting them with businesses to understand the job skills needed, get them interested and help create a future/educated workforce. Steam stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.
