"We do not want the words "Interviewer Quality Definition or RTI International" as the the logo per se but but a logo and wording around the meaning of the definition."  

We have developed a definition of "Interviewer Quality and we want to design a logo that represents this definition.  The logo is to brand identify what interviewer quality means for the interviewers themselves.

Our definition of Interviewer Quality is: Interviewer quality is the result of an interviewer effectively, efficiently and ethically engaging with respondents in accordance with project protocols. 

In essences there are  "The 4 E's of Interviewer Quality" 

Definition Descriptions: 
* Effectively: Interviewers are effective when they complete interviews with respondents.   
* Efficiently: Interviewers are efficient when they complete surveys without wasting materials, time and/or energy.  
* Ethically: Interviewers behave ethically by adhering to RTI and project-specific administrative procedures with honesty and integrity.   
* Engaging: Interviewer engagement with respondents is based on establishing and maintaining  trust and a rapport throughout the duration of each interview. 

Definition Examples: 

* Effectively:  
When a respondent asks about the length of a survey, an Interviewer relays average amount of time in addition to reasons why participation is vital to community to gain cooperation. 

* Efficiently: 
When Interviewers remain on task and focused on conducting surveys within prescribed performance parameters and expectations, they are acting efficiently.   

* Ethically:  
 Interviewers read questions verbatim, remain neutral, avoid biasing respondents and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all data. 

* Engaging:  
Before contacting respondents, Interviewers review previous case notes and begin conversations in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
