Instructions：

This is going to be nose art for a kc-135 , the nose art is about a 4ft circle. I would like a(1/2 to 1in border in black) As seen in picture below there is a border for words and and inter circle for the picture. the Outer border i want the saying (here comes the boom) on top ( sly like a fox ) on the bottom. i want a fox on the inter circle looking forward(left) and hold a big wrench in his left hand and a knife in his right. the inter circle should be white ( the aircraft it self is mostly grey) . Also i would like a mushroom cloud behind the fox.
