I would like to convey that I am mostly a recipe sharing blog. Health, fitness and recovery are a part of it as well, but I was thinking of including a fork or some sort of utensil to help communicate that aspect as well, that I can also use in the favicon.  I attached one idea I came up with that has a fork and a barbell crossed, but it doesn't have to be that. I'm open to other ideas. I've also attached examples of logos that I like and what I like about them:
For Typography I like simple and a little feminine. I love script-type fonts as long as they aren't difficult to read. For colors I'd like something that compliments the style of my blog, My background is white and I mainly use black font and a light pastel teal for accent colors, but I'm open to other colors, if any.
