The Metta Method was designed by John-James Ford over 15 years of study, searching, and practice, and is based upon the principle that all healing derives from raising the core vibration of one's energetic being to remove all blocks. To do this, The Metta Method incorporates numerous methodologies of detoxification and consciousness expansion, including fasting, juicing, nutrition, yoga, qi gong, evidence-based breathing techniques, shamanic journeying, wilderness contact, meditation, and self-analysis.
