We provide workshops for Mental Health Care Providers. Ie "Practical Treatments for Panic Attacks and Anxiety" "Mindful Meditation As Treatment for Anxiety, Depression and Addictions" "Integrating The Science of Neuroplasticity Into Your Therapeutic Skills"<br><br>Our workshops are in-person usually held on a university campus. One is now recorded and will be available for purchase download soon. Hopefully more will follow. <br><br>We pride ourselves in the highest quality of instruction - no lectures just full of theory here!
