I like lowercase.  I would like to include my name either underneath or incorporated into the logo.  It reads as such: &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Michael A. Pallante DMD MS&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I like blue and green as colors.  It doesn&#39;t have to be those colors but I like them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;These are suggestions.  I am really interested in something creative but not with too much going on in the logo.  Simple but creative.
