Synergy@Work, LLC (SAW) was founded with a mission to build and support governmental and non-governmental organizations in creating communities of promise and choice by creating a synergistic approach through a host of grant/contract management, technical assistance, and capacity building services. The company’s operational concept is a consulting group that maximizes the collective gifts and talents of multiple individuals to impact result driven projects. Simply stated, we accomplish more together than we can ever accomplish singularly.<br><br> <br><br>Synergy in business is defined as, "A state in which two or more things work together in a particularly fruitful way that produces an effect greater than the sum of their individual effects. Expressed also as "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts."<br><br>Synergy@Work helps entities invoke the five social institutions of society, Faith, Family, Education, Government, and Economics in their operation to produce impact that changes systems, communities, and lives.
