Millennial Towers is one building that is shaped like an 'E' if you were to view it from above. The front of the building will be the ends of the 3 legs of the building. I would like the logo to represent this. I am looking for a modern crisp logo that incorporates 3 simplified "towers" in it. I would like the graphic to sit above the words of the logo. The property is located at Utah State University who's colors are navy blue, grey, and white. I would like this logo to use blues and greys. Attached are two additional logos I like.

I am really liking the designs that have a more modern font with no serifs. I also like the simple representations of the three towers.

The building has a flat roof. I would like the 'towers' graphic designs to be flat on top.
