We are a fish guiding service offered in Washington state. Would like a "king" salmon (Chinook salmon) in the logo, on one side, with a man and a rod and reel on the other side fighting it in. And the name in between the two. The logo doesn't need to be life like or look like a cartoon but somewhere in the middle.
