The Nifty House - Restaurant & Bar
The Nifty House will be a restaurant and bar (serving coffee, wine and long drinks) in the center of Pordenone, a city in north-east Italy. The building has a circular shape and has 3 floors. The bar is on ground floor, the restaurant on the 2nd floor and on the 3rd floor there's a terrace. The place will be open from early morning to late night and will offer breakfast - both the short italian style breakfast (capuccino and brioche) and american style breakfast), lunch and dinner. Thursday nights there will be live music (mostly American rock) and on Saturday nights there will be a DJ and probably some party going on. Pordenone is a wealthy city and we hope to attract the people working in the nearby offices and banks. But we also aim to attract the members of the U.S. Air Force living in the nearby military base (especially on the nights when American bands will play). The place will have free wifi and the idea is to make The Nifty House a sort of meeting point where people can bring their laptops and have a long breakfast (or brunch) while working (a bit like Starbucks)- $129
