The Power Project programming is based on time-tested movements such as deadlifts, squats, bench press and overhead pressing. With many variations of these movements and many other functional, high-intensity movements, we will help you create the best version of yourself.<br><br>Our clients’ health and progress comes before anything else in life. If you give us your version of 100% effort we won’t sleep until you reach your goals.
