Instructions：
1)A literal ant holding, pushing, rolling a weight plate into the words Toil Training. A bold deisgn that exudes hard work, power, challenge, change, and direction.
2)A weight plate with T.T. and the words Toil Training somewhere within or around the plate. Again, this should exude hard work, challenge, and intensity with an current, hip, edgy feel.
3)A strong arm, shoulders, or back with the words Toil Training incorporated, showing strength and muscle but not oversized muscle, more of a lean, muscular and strong physique. Not an MMA type of design, more friendly/approachable yet strong.
