Pink is used because traditionally, service industry workers have been referred to as 'pink collar' workers as opposed to blue collar and white collar workers. I thought of including white and blue colors as well since white collar and blue collar workers would also benefit by learning the concept of customer service.<br><br>Pink – pink collar<br>Blue – blue collar<br>White – white collar<br>Thereby meaning that it is needed for most types of professions.<br>- $129
