Services: Intermediate and advanced level fitness classes for men, women, and children, utilizing high intensity interval training, speed and endurance work, plyometric power work, the diverse dimensions of core and strength stability, callisthenic development training, more fluid motor movement and range of motion, and flexibility (cross fit style training). <br><br>The objective is to boost athletic performance, to expose your inner athlete. <br>Individual progression is monitored through a body fat, weight, and measurement evaluation. Progression and fitness ability remains confidential between the trainer and client. <br>
