Collide
Collide is a week-long "theology camp" and service/mission experience for teenagers in Nashville, TN. The beliefs and pre-conceptions of these Christian youth and their adult leaders are challenged and disoriented as they work at various mission and service agencies in the city of Nashville, and form relationships with people who are unlike them: people who are homeless, impoverished, immigrants, Muslim (or other faiths). The point is for their pre-conceived notions and their faith to COLLIDE with the realities of the world around them. We spend much of the week then discussing how their faith might relate to a world that is much more complex than they might have assumed.- $121
