Instructions：
*** Highlander, wearing a skirt, with a red beard, holding an anchor or octopus **<br><br>Would like to incorporate the scottish flag colors, with a logo that has a highlander in it. Highlander must be wearing a skirt.<br><br>Thinking it would be a fun idea to have the highlander (wearing a skirt) while lifting an anchor (or octopus)! (and maybe have the motto wrap around the anchor) the man should have a red beard if possible.
