The design needs to communicate:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;modern&lt;br&gt;easy to use&lt;br&gt;time saving&lt;br&gt;creative&lt;br&gt;writing (maybe)&lt;br&gt;real estate (maybe) - but only if its not too naff!!!&lt;br&gt;cool service&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The website is here http://www.realestatenewsletters.com.au.
