I have attached a St. Michael Protect Us image.  We are interested in something very similar, possibly with St. Michael holding a barbell instead of a sword, and &quot;I/O&quot; on the shield.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Or a shield with a similar St. Michael image on it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;These aren&#39;t the only parameters. Use your creativity and go with it!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We also want the word &quot;CrossFit&quot; in the logo.&lt;br&gt;

ekitessar was very helpful throughout the contest and continued to show creativity through the multiple revisions. I would highly recommend ekitessar for logo design contests and will seek ekitessar for future projects.
